II. Subject matter and scope

Through the website, the Merchant provides information and accepts orders for Dipetane products, including the available 1 liter and 5 liter packages, as well as other goods published on the site.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website and to distance sales contracts concluded via electronic form, email, telephone or other remote method explicitly specified by the Merchant.
"Consumer" is a natural person who acquires goods or services for purposes outside his trade or profession. Where the Customer acts within the scope of his trade or profession, consumer protection provisions apply only to the extent expressly provided for by law.
By sending or confirming an order, the Customer declares that he has been given the opportunity to familiarize himself with these General Terms and Conditions, understands them and accepts them. The Merchant provides the General Terms and Conditions in a format that allows their preservation and reproduction.

III. Information about the goods

The main characteristics, purpose, packaging, method of use and price of each product are indicated on the relevant product page or in the Merchant's individual offer.
The customer is obliged to comply with the instructions on the label, packaging, technical documentation and/or safety data sheet of the product. The goods must be stored and used only for their intended purpose, away from children and sources of ignition, where applicable.
The images are for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in color or appearance of the packaging are possible, which do not change the characteristics and purpose of the product.
The information on the site does not constitute a promise of the same specific result for each vehicle, engine, fuel or operating mode. The results may depend on the technical condition, the method of use and other circumstances. This does not limit the Customer's legal rights in case of non-conformity of the goods.

IV. Prices

All prices intended for consumers are stated in euros and are final, including value added tax, where applicable. Delivery costs and any other additional costs are stated separately before the Customer is bound by the order.
The final amount due is communicated to the Customer before the order is confirmed. The Customer does not owe any fees or costs of which he has not been clearly informed in advance.
In the event of an obvious technical error in the announced price, the Merchant shall notify the Customer without undue delay and offer him/her to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it free of charge.

V. Order and conclusion of a contract

An order can be placed via cart/order form/contact form, at sales@dipetane-bg.com, by phone +359 877 150 020 or through another method indicated on the site.
Before sending an electronic order, the Customer must be able to check and correct the entered data. The finalization button must clearly indicate that the order results in a payment obligation, for example, "Order with payment obligation".
After receiving the order, the Merchant sends a confirmation to the provided email or contacts the Customer by phone. The confirmation contains the ordered goods, the final price, the method of payment, delivery and these General Terms and Conditions or a link to them on a durable medium.
The contract is considered concluded when the Merchant confirms that it accepts the order. An automatic message that the order has been received does not constitute acceptance, unless it expressly states otherwise.
The Merchant may not accept an order in the event of unavailability, incomplete or incorrect data, inability to deliver, suspicion of abuse or other objective reason. In such a case, the Customer shall be notified promptly and any pre-paid amounts shall be refunded without undue delay.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete contact, billing and shipping details.

VI. Payment

The available payment methods are: cash on delivery; bank transfer; card payment.
In the case of bank transfer, the order can be processed after the amount has been received, if this is indicated before finalizing the order.
In the case of cash on delivery, payment is made to the courier upon receipt, according to the terms of the courier service.
When the payment is processed by an external payment service provider, the Customer may also be bound by its security and payment processing policies. The Merchant does not store full bank card details unless explicitly stated otherwise and this is lawful.
The legally applicable payment and/or accounting document is issued for the sale. An invoice is issued upon provision of the necessary correct data.

VII. Delivery and passing of risk

Deliveries are made via SPEEDY to ADDRESS/OFFICE/ATM on the territory of BULGARIA.
The usual delivery time is 5 working days after acceptance of the order or after receipt of payment, when advance payment has been agreed. Unless another time has been agreed, delivery shall be made without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.
The cost of delivery is calculated and communicated to the Customer before finalizing or confirming the order. Terms and conditions for free delivery, if any, are published on the site.
In the event of an unforeseen delay, the Merchant shall notify the Customer. The consumer's rights in the event of non-delivery within the agreed or statutory period shall be preserved.
The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the consumer when he or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, accepts the goods. If the consumer has chosen a carrier himself, which is not proposed by the Trader, the risk passes upon handing over the goods to that carrier.
Upon receipt, the Customer should check the visible condition of the shipment. In case of visible damage, it is recommended to note it to the courier and draw up a report. The absence of such a report does not take away the consumer's legal rights.

VIII. User's right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which he or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, has received the goods. In the case of an order with separate deliveries, the period starts from the receipt of the last good.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the Trader with an unambiguous statement before the expiry of the period:
 by email: sales@dipetane-bg.com; or
at the address: city of Varna (9023), Vladislav Varnenchik district, VLADISLAV VARNENCHIK quarter, block 70, entrance 3, floor 3, apt. 310.
The user may, but is not obliged to, use the form at the end of these General Terms and Conditions. It is recommended to keep proof of sending.
After notification, the consumer must send or deliver the goods no later than 14 days to the following address: city of Varna (9023), Vladislav Varnenchik district, VLADISLAV VARNENCHIK district, block 70, entrance 3, floor 3, apt. 310, following the applicable requirements of the carrier for safe transportation of the product.
The direct costs of return are at the expense of the consumer, unless the Trader has expressly agreed to bear them or has informed the consumer in advance that they are at his expense.
Goods sent by cash on delivery to the Merchant may not be accepted. This does not invalidate the right of withdrawal if it is exercised within the time limit.
The trader shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including the cost of the cheapest standard method of initial delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of notification of the withdrawal. The additional costs for a more expensive chosen method of delivery shall not be reimbursed.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise and bears the costs of doing so. The trader may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until proof of dispatch has been provided, whichever is earlier.
The consumer is only liable for the diminished value of the goods caused by testing or handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning. Opening and using a liquid product in a way that prevents its safe resale may lead to a reduction in the refundable amount after an objective assessment of the specific case. This does not constitute a general prohibition on exercising the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases expressly provided for by law, including for goods made to order or according to individual requirements, as well as for other applicable legal exceptions. The trader informs the consumer before the order if an exception applies to a specific good.
The right of withdrawal under this section is a consumer right within the meaning of the law and does not automatically apply to purchases made by traders or professional clients.

IX. Conformity of goods, complaints and guarantees

The trader is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation. The consumer has all legal remedies in the event of non-conformity, including bringing the goods into conformity through repair or replacement, where applicable, a proportional reduction in the price or termination of the contract under the terms of the law.
A complaint can be submitted orally or in writing:
 by email: office@dipetane-bg.com;
 at the address: city of Varna (9023), Vladislav Varnenchik district, VLADISLAV VARNENCHIK quarter, block 70, entrance 3, floor 3, apt. 310;
by phone: +359 877 150 020, and for provability, written confirmation is also recommended.
When making a complaint, the Customer shall indicate the product, the order number and date, the nature of the non-conformity, the preferred method of satisfying the complaint and contact details. He shall attach the available documents related to the purchase. The absence of a specific document in itself does not deprive the consumer of rights when the purchase can be proven in another way.
The trader shall promptly accept the submitted complaints, enter them in a register and provide the consumer with a document with a date and number. Complaints shall be considered within the time limits and in accordance with the applicable legislation.
A commercial guarantee, if offered, does not limit the consumer's statutory rights. Its terms shall be provided separately in a clear and understandable manner.
The trader is not liable for damages caused by use in violation of the label, instructions, prescribed ratio, safety rules or the intended purpose of the product, except where otherwise provided by law. This provision does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for defective product.

X. Responsible and safe use

Before use, the Customer should read the label and accompanying instructions. If in doubt about compatibility with a particular engine, fuel or equipment, the Customer should consult the manufacturer or a qualified professional.
The merchant does not provide automotive diagnostics through the general information on the site. The product does not replace necessary repairs, maintenance or troubleshooting.
The customer is obliged to keep the product in its original packaging and to comply with applicable storage, transport, fire safety and environmental protection requirements.

XI. Personal data and cookies

The merchant processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable Bulgarian legislation. Detailed information on the purposes, grounds, deadlines, recipients and rights of the subjects is contained in a separate Privacy Policy published on the site.
The use of cookies is governed by a separate Cookie Policy and through the consent management mechanism. Cookies that are not strictly necessary are only activated after valid consent, where required by law.

XII. Intellectual Property

The content of the site — texts, images, graphics, design, trade marks and other materials — is protected by applicable law. Its use beyond normal personal viewing is permissible only with the prior consent of the relevant copyright holder or where permitted by law.
The names and marks of Dipetane may belong to their respective owners. Their publication on the site does not grant a license for use by third parties.

XIII. Website Operation

The merchant makes reasonable efforts to keep the site accessible and the information up to date, but may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, or due to circumstances beyond its control.
External links are provided for convenience. The merchant does not control the content and policies of external sites, unless the law provides for liability.

XIV. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may first contact the Merchant at sales@dipetane-bg.com to seek a voluntary solution.
The consumer can file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Commission through its official website: https://kzp.bg/.
When the dispute is not resolved directly, the consumer may request an out-of-court settlement by an applicable body for alternative consumer dispute resolution, including the relevant general conciliation commission under the Civil Code. Information about the bodies and the procedure is available at: https://kzp.bg/bg/pomiritelna-komisiya.

XV. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The law of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to any unresolved issues. The choice of Bulgarian law shall not deprive a consumer who has his habitual residence in another EU country of the protection of the mandatory provisions of law that would apply without such choice.
Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with the applicable rules of local and international jurisdiction. This clause does not limit the consumer's legal right to bring a claim before the court of competent jurisdiction.

XVI. Amendments and final provisions

The Merchant may update the General Terms and Conditions in the event of changes in the law, services or commercial process. For a specific order, the version that was in force and provided to the Customer at the time of conclusion of the contract applies.
If a single provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the extent possible and permissible by law.
These General Terms and Conditions are effective from 15.08.2026
